Limits for game modes, products, vouchers, announcements, team and subpages apply to each shop separately. Prices in EUR and USD are approximate and converted at exchange rates.

Contact usIs the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan does not expire: you run 1 shop with 3 game modes and 15 products without paying EpicPay. Payment operator fees depend on the gateways you connect.
How do I pay for a plan?
You buy plans from the wallet in the panel. You can top up the wallet by card through Stripe, with PayPal or with cryptocurrency through OxaPay.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your account returns to the Free plan and the shop keeps running. Features outside Free, such as premium templates and a custom domain, are turned off, and you cannot add products beyond the Free limit. We remind you in the panel 3 days before the plan ends.
Can I change my plan along the way?
Yes. You can extend the same plan by another period, and when you switch to a different plan, the remaining time is converted based on the value of both plans.
How many shops can I run?
It depends on the plan: 1 on Free, 2 on Start, 5 on Pro and 15 on Business. Other limits, such as the number of products, apply to each shop separately.
