EpicPay guide

1. Getting started
EpicPay is a shop for Minecraft servers: a shop page for players, payments through your own gateways and automatic delivery of purchases by a plugin on your server. You can launch your first shop in a few minutes:
- Create an account in the EpicPay panel or sign in with your EpicHost account.
- Create a shop: enter a name and pick a free address on the
ep-is.eudomain. - Add game modes and products with the commands your server should run.
- Connect at least one payment gateway. To check your shop, the Test payment is enough.
- Upload the EpicPay plugin to your server and put your shop details in
config.yml. - Send your players the link to the shop.
The shop Overview tab shows what is still missing before launch: products, a gateway or the plugin connection.
2. Account and sign-in
You can sign in to EpicPay in one of two ways:
- With your EpicHost account - the same account works on EpicHost, EpicNetwork and EpicPay. You change the password, two-step verification and e-mail address in your EpicHost account.
- With a separate EpicPay account - an EpicPay e-mail and password; you can also sign in with Google, Discord or GitHub and turn on two-step verification in your profile.
If you have a separate EpicPay account and sign in with an EpicHost account that uses the same e-mail address, the accounts are linked. Your shops, plan and wallet stay, and from then on you sign in only with your EpicHost account.
In your Profile you can change billing details, the panel language and notifications, and see your active sessions and activity history.
3. Shop address and settings
Every shop gets a free address such as yourserver.ep-is.eu, chosen when you create the shop. From the Pro plan you can also connect your own domain: enter it in the shop settings and add the CNAME record shown in the panel at your DNS provider (A records are not supported).
In the Shop settings you set the name, logo, server IP, links to Discord and other services, the shop terms and privacy policy, and the plugin and API keys.
You can turn the shop off in its settings. A shop that is turned off or blocked by staff does not accept purchases.
4. Game modes and products
Game modes (e.g. Survival, SkyBlock) group products in the shop. Every product has a name, price, description, icon and a list of commands.
Enter one command per line. The plugin runs them once the order is paid, replacing:
| Variable | Meaning |
|---|---|
{player} | the player nickname given at purchase |
{quantity} | the number of items bought |
lp user {player} parent addtemp vip 30d
broadcast {player} bought the VIP rank! From the Start plan you can set a schedule, the time when a product is visible (e.g. a weekend sale). The number of game modes and products depends on your plan.
5. Payment gateways
Money from purchases goes straight to your account with the payment operator. EpicPay does not handle settlements, so you need your own agreement with the operator.
| Gateway | Payment methods |
|---|---|
| CashBill, HotPay, SimPay, dPay, PayByLink | BLIK, bank transfer, card |
| Stripe | card, BLIK, Przelewy24 |
| PayPal | PayPal account and card |
| OxaPay | crypto: BTC, ETH, USDT |
| EpicHost | payment for EpicHost hosting customers |
You connect a gateway in the shop Payment gateways tab: enter the keys from the operator panel, check the connection with the test button and turn the gateway on. For every gateway the panel shows a guide and the notification (webhook) address to enter at the operator. Several gateways can work in one shop at once.
Every payment appears in the Transactions tab with the player, gateway, amount and delivery status. You can export the list to a CSV file.
Test payment
Before you connect an operator, check the whole shop with the Test payment: turn it on in the Payment gateways tab and set your own test code. Buy a product in your shop, choose “Test payment” and enter the code on the payment page. The plugin delivers the product as after a real purchase, and notifications and webhooks work as usual; the transaction costs 0 PLN and does not count towards revenue. Players see this option but cannot buy anything without the code, so turn the gateway off after testing.
6. Plugin and deliveries
Upload the EpicPay plugin to the plugins folder of your Minecraft server. The details for config.yml are in the panel: Shop settings → Plugin.
shop_uuid: "your-shop-uuid"
api_secret: "secret-from-the-panel"- Once an order is paid, the plugin fetches it from EpicPay and runs the product commands, even when you are away.
- If your game modes run on separate servers, each of them can fetch only the purchases of its own mode (the
mode_uuidparameter). - You can see the status of every delivery in the panel and send a delivery again with one click.
- Treat the
api_secretkey like a password. If it leaks, generate a new one in the shop settings.
The Overview tab shows whether the plugin connects to EpicPay on every game mode. When a purchase waits too long for delivery, you get a notification.
7. Look and templates
There are three templates: Starter (on every plan), Origin and Fusion (from the Pro plan). You change the template in the shop Look tab and can try it first with the Preview button. You can also see the templates live on the Features page.
In every template you set the logo and favicon, the accent and button colour, the header text, the server IP with a player counter, links to Discord, YouTube and TikTok, and the card corner rounding.
8. Shop languages
The shop works in Polish, English, German, Czech and Ukrainian. Players see it in their browser language and can change it in the corner of the page. EpicPay translates the shop interface; product names and descriptions stay as you write them.
One language works on every plan, several at once from the Pro plan.
9. Vouchers, announcements, server goal and pages
- Vouchers - a percentage or fixed discount or a free product, with a usage limit, an expiry date and a one-use-per-player lock.
- Announcements - messages at the top of the shop with their own colour and display period.
- Server goal (from the Start plan) - a fundraising bar on the shop page, counted automatically from paid purchases.
- Pages (from the Start plan) - your own pages in the shop, e.g. server rules or a description of ranks.
10. Team
In the Team tab you invite your server admins to the shop panel. You give each person access only to chosen sections, e.g. products or transactions. The invitation arrives by e-mail. The team size depends on your plan.
11. Notifications and statistics
EpicPay notifies you about every purchase on Discord (a channel webhook), by e-mail and with the bell in the panel. The Pro plan adds sales summaries. You can preview and test the Discord message in the shop settings.
The Overview and Revenue tabs show shop traffic, revenue from recent days and the best-selling products. The Business plan also has an activity log: who changed a product, price or setting and when.
Connect your own app or bot through the API and webhooks.
12. Plans and wallet
EpicPay has the Free, Start, Pro and Business plans. They differ in limits (shops, game modes, products, vouchers, announcements, team, pages) and features. See the pricing for a comparison and current prices.
You pay for a plan from your wallet for 7, 30, 60 or 120 days. You top up the wallet in the panel. When a plan expires, the account goes back to the Free plan.
